Centralized Free Legal Aid Cell Welcomes Citizens

The National Republic Party of India (NRPI) has officially inaugurated its centralized Free Legal Aid and Grievance Cell at the Salkia Howrah Headquarters. Led personally by National President Advocate Ganeshlal Gupta, this cell will operate every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Adv GL Gupta stated that the cell provides free legal counseling, assists citizens in addressing administrative disputes, and coordinates direct mediation for underprivileged families. The initiative is a cornerstone of our commitment to physical accountability and direct service, demonstrating that political parties must support citizens continuously, not just during election rallies.

Services Provided by the Legal Aid Cell:

  • Grievance Resolution Desk: Assisting citizens in filing representations for delayed public utilities or civic permits.
  • Free Legal Counseling: Pro-bono guidance for property disputes, family mediations, and constitutional rights.
  • Document Verification Aid: Supporting rural residents with land record verifications and basic public documents registration.

Residents from West Bengal and nearby chapters can register for appointments online through our Membership Portal or visit the Central Headquarters directly on Saturdays.
